How to Connect the Step One HE to the Web App

This setup guide explains how to connect your keyboard to the official HEDriver web application to unlock advanced features such as adjustable actuation points, Rapid Trigger, per-key RGB control, and analog sensing technology.

Open HEDriver Web AppConnect the Keyboard
Connect your Step One HE to your computer using a proper USB-C cable. Make sure the cable supports data transfer and not charging only.
Select Device and Customize
Once your device appears in the interface, select it to begin customization. You will be able to:
- Adjust actuation point (analog sensing)
- Enable or disable Rapid Trigger
- Customize per-key RGB lighting
- Remap keys and configure advanced layers
Save Settings and Update Firmware
After adjusting your settings, save them directly to the device. If a firmware update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest improvements.
