These terms apply only to products purchased directly from M4G on maroc4gaming.net. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

If you purchased from another reseller, please contact the original seller for support.
MAD / COD
Prices are in Moroccan Dirham. Payment is cash on delivery unless stated otherwise.

Returns are accepted only under the conditions described below and after support review.
Orders.
Availability and confirmationOrder availability. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation rights. M4G may refuse or cancel any order for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, or other valid reasons.
Confirmed orders. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
Pricing.
Payment and price updatesCurrency. All prices are displayed in MAD, Moroccan Dirham.
Payment method. Payment is made cash on delivery unless otherwise stated.
Price changes. M4G reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Delivery.
Up to 4 business daysPreparation. Orders are prepared within 24 hours and shipped shortly after.
Timing. Delivery usually takes up to 4 business days depending on the city.
Address. Delivery is made only to the address provided at checkout. Delivery outside the selected city or zone is not possible.
Returns.
Conditions applyReturn window. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for real quality issues that cannot be resolved through technical support.
Product condition. The product must be in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Product Usage
Products must be used according to their intended purpose and user instructions. M4G is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty & Support
Warranty conditions depend on the specific product. All warranty claims and support requests must be handled directly with M4G. Couriers are responsible for delivery only and do not provide technical support.
Limitation of Liability
M4G is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or external factors beyond our control.
Policy Updates
M4G reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after being published on the website.
