At M4G, we stand behind the quality of our products. This page explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request support if you experience an issue with your device.

Warranty Period

12 months

All M4G products come with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Issues with PCB, switches, RGB, or USB port
  • Problems occurring under normal use conditions
What Is Not Covered
  • Physical damage (drops, shocks, scratches)
  • Liquid or dust damage
  • Product modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Use with gaming consoles (PS, Xbox, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear over time

How to Request Warranty

Required details
1) Order information Provide your order number, full name, and phone number.
2) Proof of issue Send clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
3) Address Include your city and full address for return/collection if needed.
4) Submit Submit your request through our support page to start the process.
M4G may request additional details depending on the case. Please keep your phone reachable.

Delivery Method

Ozon Express
  • All orders are delivered through Ozon Express.
  • Delivery times cannot be scheduled or selected in advance.
  • Once shipped, the courier will contact you directly to confirm delivery.
  • Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.

Warranty Solutions

After inspection
  • Product repair
  • Product replacement
  • Refund (in specific cases only)

The final decision depends on the condition of the product after technical verification.

M4G reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any warranty claim. This warranty does not affect your legal consumer rights.
