Orders

How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on maroc4gaming.net by choosing your product, adding it to cart, and completing checkout with your name, phone number, city, and full address.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
You can request changes before the order is shipped. Once the order has been confirmed and handed to the courier, changes may no longer be possible.
Why was my order cancelled?
An order may be cancelled because of stock issues, incorrect customer information, unreachable phone number, suspicious activity, or delivery limitations.

Payment & Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?
We mainly offer Cash on Delivery in Morocco. If another payment method is available, it will appear during checkout.
Are prices shown in Moroccan Dirham?
Yes. All prices on M4G are displayed in MAD, Moroccan Dirham.
Do I pay delivery fees?
Yes. Delivery fees are shown during checkout before confirming your order.

Delivery

Do you deliver across Morocco?
Yes. M4G delivers orders within Morocco only.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes up to 4 business days depending on your city, courier route, address accuracy, and customer availability.
Which delivery company do you use?
M4G delivers orders through delivery partners such as Ozon Express after confirmation and preparation.
Can I choose the delivery time?
No. Delivery time cannot be selected in advance. The courier route depends on daily logistics.
Can I open or test the product before payment?
No. Orders must be received sealed and unopened. Opening, testing, or using the product before payment is not allowed.
What happens if my phone number or address is wrong?
Wrong or incomplete information may delay delivery or cause the order to be returned. Please check your phone number, city, and full address before confirming the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
Returns are reviewed by M4G Support. A return may be accepted only for confirmed quality issues, wrong items, or damage upon receipt within the allowed return period.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
No. Change-of-mind returns or random returns are not accepted.
How many days do I have to request a return?
You must contact M4G Support within 7 days of delivery if there is a product issue.
Should I send the product back directly?
No. Please contact M4G Support first. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Are delivery fees refundable?
Delivery fees are usually not refundable once the order has been shipped or delivered, unless M4G confirms an error from our side or unless required by law.

Warranty & Support

Do M4G products have warranty?
Yes. Warranty depends on the product category and starts from the date of delivery.
How long is the warranty?
Standard M4G gadgets and mechanical keyboards are covered by a 6-month limited warranty. M4G magnetic keyboards, including HE models, are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use, such as PCB issues, switch failure, RGB defects, USB port issues, or factory defects confirmed by M4G Support.
What is not covered by warranty?
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, dust damage, drops, shocks, scratches, misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, normal wear and tear, or unsupported console use.
How do I request warranty support?
Contact M4G Support with your order number, full name, phone number, product model, and a clear explanation of the issue. Photos or videos may be required.

Products

Are product photos exactly the same as the real product?
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Small differences may exist due to lighting, screen colors, packaging updates, or product batch changes.
I have a keyboard software issue. What should I do?
Contact M4G Support and mention your keyboard model. We may guide you through software setup, reset steps, driver links, or configuration help.
Does using the product on console affect warranty?
Yes. Use with unsupported consoles or devices such as PlayStation or Xbox may void warranty coverage.
