By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.
General Conditions
M4G sells gaming products, keyboards, mice, mousepads, accessories, and related gadgets in Morocco.
All products, prices, availability, offers, and delivery conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, suspicious activity, incorrect customer information, delivery limitations, or any other valid reason.
Orders
After placing an order, M4G may contact you to confirm the order details before shipment.
An order is considered confirmed only after confirmation by M4G or by the customer when required.
Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and address are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or cancel the order.
Once the order is confirmed and shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham, MAD.
Payment is usually made by Cash on Delivery unless another payment method is clearly available at checkout.
The customer must pay the full order amount, including product price and delivery fees, when receiving the order.
M4G reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by incorrect prices.
Delivery
M4G delivers orders in Morocco through our delivery partner.
Delivery time depends on the city, courier route, address accuracy, and customer availability.
The courier is responsible for delivery only. The courier does not provide technical support, warranty approval, product testing, return approval, or price negotiation.
Please treat the courier with respect. Any issue related to the product, order, warranty, or return must be reported directly to M4G Support.
Receiving the Order
Orders must be received sealed and unopened.
Opening, testing, or using the product before payment is not allowed.
If you notice a visible issue with the package, please contact M4G Support as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos if needed.
Refusing delivery without a valid reason, providing incorrect information, or being unreachable may affect future orders.
Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, specifications, and prices.
However, small differences may exist between product photos and the final product, such as lighting, color tone, packaging, or minor design details.
Product specifications may change depending on supplier updates, stock version, or product batch, while keeping the same general product function and value.
Product Use
Products must be used for their intended purpose and according to normal use conditions.
M4G is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, wrong setup, liquid damage, physical damage, or use with unsupported devices.
Use with unsupported consoles or devices, such as PlayStation or Xbox when not officially supported, may void warranty coverage.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund requests are reviewed by M4G Support.
Returns are not automatic and must be approved before sending any product back.
A return may be accepted only when the product has a confirmed quality issue, wrong item, or damage upon receipt, and the request is made within the allowed return period.
Change-of-mind returns, random returns, misuse, customer damage, missing packaging, or missing accessories may be refused.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by M4G.
Delivery fees and return shipping fees may not be refundable unless M4G confirms an error from our side or unless required by law.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the product category and starts from the date of delivery.
Warranty applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, dust damage, scratches, drops, shocks, unauthorized repair, modification, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors.
M4G may request photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, or product inspection before approving any warranty solution.
Depending on the case, M4G may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or another suitable solution.
Support
For any issue, please contact M4G Support with your order number, full name, phone number, product model, and a clear explanation of the problem.
Photos or videos may be required to review technical issues, damaged items, missing items, or warranty claims.
M4G Support will do its best to respond during working days.
Third-Party Purchases
M4G is responsible only for products purchased directly from maroc4gaming.net.
If you purchased an M4G product from another seller, reseller, marketplace, or third-party platform, please contact the original point of purchase for support, return, exchange, or warranty service.
Limitation of Liability
M4G is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of time, loss of income, software conflicts, game performance issues, delivery delays caused by external factors, or damage caused by incorrect product use.
Our responsibility is limited to the product purchased and the solution approved by M4G after review.
