Warranty Policy

Please note that M4G is responsible for warranty service only for products purchased directly from maroc4gaming.net.

If your product was purchased from another store, reseller, marketplace, or third-party platform, please contact the original point of purchase for warranty or support.

Limited Warranty Coverage

M4G products are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Standard M4G gadgets and mechanical keyboards are covered by a 6-month limited warranty.

M4G magnetic keyboards, including HE models, are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original customer who purchased the product from M4G and cannot be transferred to another person.

Accessories included in the box, such as cables, keycap pullers, spare switches, extra keycaps, manuals, or packaging items, are not covered by the warranty unless the issue is confirmed immediately after delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal use, such as:

  • PCB issues
  • Switch failure under normal use
  • RGB or lighting defects
  • USB port issues
  • Factory defects confirmed by M4G Support
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse or external damage

Warranty approval always depends on technical verification by M4G.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, drops, shocks, scratches, or broken parts
  • Liquid damage
  • Dust damage or poor maintenance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repair, opening, modification, or customization
  • Damage caused by wrong setup, wrong cable, adapters, or power issues
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product function
  • Use with unsupported devices or consoles such as PlayStation or Xbox
  • Damage caused by external factors outside M4G control

Any unauthorized repair, modification, or attempt to open the product may void the warranty.

7-Day Quality Issue Support

If you notice a quality or functional issue within 7 days of delivery, please contact M4G Support as soon as possible.

Our team may first guide you through basic troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be solved remotely, we may ask for photo or video proof before approving the next step.

Depending on the case, M4G may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Another suitable solution after inspection

Refunds are only available in specific cases after technical verification and approval by M4G.

Warranty Support After 7 Days

If a confirmed defect appears after the first 7 days but within the warranty period, M4G will continue to assist you.

In most cases, the product must be inspected before any repair or replacement is approved.

The customer may be responsible for sending the product back for inspection, unless M4G confirms that the issue was caused by a product defect or an error from our side.

After receiving and checking the product, M4G will decide the appropriate solution depending on the issue, product condition, and stock availability.

How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty support, please contact M4G Support through our website and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your city and full address
  • The product model
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Video proof may be required for functional issues that cannot be confirmed by photos.

Important Notes

Please do not send any product back before receiving approval from M4G Support.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

M4G reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product is damaged, misused, modified, incomplete, outside the warranty period, or if the required proof is not provided.

Our support team will do its best to review warranty requests as quickly as possible during working days.
