Refund policy
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from maroc4gaming.net. For products purchased from another seller, please contact that seller for return, exchange, or warranty support.
M4G reviews every return or exchange request individually. Our goal is to help customers with real product issues while keeping the process fair and clear.
Cancelling an Order
You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an order has been confirmed and handed to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible. If the parcel is already in transit, the delivery process must be completed or reviewed by M4G Support depending on the situation.
If delivery or return costs have already been generated, they may not be refundable.
Return Window
You may contact us within 7 days after delivery if there is a problem with your product.
A return request does not mean the return is automatically approved. M4G Support must first review the case and confirm that the product is eligible.
Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted when:
- The product has a confirmed quality issue.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The issue cannot be solved through technical support.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To review your request, we may ask for photos, videos, order details, and a clear explanation of the problem.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products damaged by misuse or improper handling.
- Products with missing packaging or missing accessories.
- Products modified, opened, repaired, or altered by the customer.
- Issues caused by wrong setup, unsupported use, or external damage.
- Normal wear from regular use.
- Requests made after the 7-day return window.
Products must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and included accessories.
Before Sending Anything Back
Please do not return any product without approval from M4G Support.
Unauthorized returns may be refused. After reviewing your case, our team will confirm whether a return, exchange, repair, technical solution, or another option is available.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, unless M4G confirms that the issue was caused by a product defect or an error from our side.
Original delivery fees are not refundable once the order has been shipped or delivered, unless required by law or confirmed otherwise by M4G.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
For Cash on Delivery orders, M4G Support will confirm the available refund method with the customer after approval.
Refunds may exclude delivery fees, return shipping fees, or any additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, refusal of delivery, or customer unavailability.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only when the issue is approved by M4G Support.
If the same product is available, we may replace it with the same model. If it is not available, we will contact you to agree on the best available solution.
Warranty and Support
Warranty coverage depends on the product and the issue reported.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
