Shipping policy
Please make sure that your delivery information is accurate and complete before confirming your order.
Your address must include all important details such as city, area, street, building, floor, apartment number, or any information that can help the courier find your location.
Your phone number must also be correct and reachable. Incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or unreachable phone numbers may delay the delivery or cause the order to be returned.
M4G is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information, but we will do our best to assist whenever possible.
Address Modification
If you need to correct your delivery information, please contact M4G Support as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, address or phone number modifications may no longer be possible.
Order Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, it is usually prepared within 24 hours and shipped shortly after.
Orders are processed only after confirmation. If we are unable to confirm your order or reach you by phone, the shipment may be delayed.
Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, high-demand periods, or exceptional logistics situations.
Delivery Partner
All M4G orders are delivered through our delivery partner, Ozon Express.
The courier is responsible for delivery only. Product support, warranty decisions, return approval, technical assistance, or complaints must be handled directly with M4G Support.
Please treat the courier with respect. Any issue related to the order or product should be reported to M4G, not to the courier.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes up to 4 business days, depending on your city, courier route, address accuracy, and customer availability.
Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on logistics, city coverage, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
M4G currently delivers orders only within Morocco.
Delivery is made only to the city, zone, and address selected or entered during checkout.
Delivery outside the selected city or zone is not possible. If the address does not match the selected city or delivery area, the order may be delayed, refused, or returned.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Delivery fees may vary depending on the city, delivery zone, courier route, or selected delivery method.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Delivery Rules
Orders must be received sealed and unopened.
Opening, testing, or using the product before payment is not allowed.
If there is any visible issue with the package, please contact M4G Support as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos if needed.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery times cannot be selected or scheduled in advance.
The courier route depends on daily logistics, city coverage, and delivery availability. The courier may contact you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number remains reachable.
Failed Delivery
Your order may be delayed or returned if:
- The phone number is incorrect or unreachable.
- The address is incomplete or incorrect.
- The customer is unavailable when contacted by the courier.
- The delivery address is outside the selected city or delivery zone.
- The customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason.
- The customer requests delivery to a different city or zone after shipment.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the package, M4G may require a new confirmation before reshipping the order. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Undelivered Packages
If your package cannot be delivered, M4G or the courier may contact you to confirm the next steps.
If the package is returned to M4G because of incorrect information, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, reshipping is not guaranteed and may require additional confirmation.
